Duties

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the NYS bar.
• Previous litigation or creditor's rights experience is preferred.
• Self-directed with attention to detail and workload management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish trusted partnerships with clients.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
