Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage and ensure compliance with discovery processes.
• Prepare for and attend depositions and court appearances.
• Provide trial support and assist with litigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
• Active admission to practice law in both Connecticut and New York.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Connecticut and New York.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of litigation processes and strategies.
