Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Attorney to join its Cyber Group in Blue Bell, PA. This role involves conducting legal research, drafting documents, and collaborating with senior attorneys. The position requires managing client relationships and caseloads with supervision.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
• Maintain billable hours as necessary.
• Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active license in good standing.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in Cyber Security preferred.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active license in good standing.
