Duties

  • Collaborate with paralegals and support teams to compile evidence and track deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards, deadlines, and regulations.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to immigration cases.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of immigration law experience, focusing on removal defense or business immigration.
  • Active bar license in good standing.
  • Bilingual in Spanish with strong verbal and written fluency.
  • Excellent legal writing skills and ability to prepare persuasive filings.
  • Strong case management skills and attention to detail.
  • Business acumen and ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and standard office programs.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • License to practice law.
