A law firm is seeking a Healthcare Attorney for a position based in Tucson, AZ.

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of quality healthcare experience, with a preference for expertise in healthcare compliance.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to healthcare clients on compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation, if necessary.
  • Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations that may impact clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance is highly preferred.
  • Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal.
  • Admission to practice law in other states may be considered.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
