Duties

  • Communicate professionally with clients and supervising attorneys.

  • Draft and negotiate a wide variety of transaction documentation.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff.
  • Participate in large working groups as part of a transaction team.
  • Travel as required for client and firm needs.

Requirements

  • Admitted to practice in Florida with an active bar license or eligible for admission within the first year.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documentation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Florida Bar License or eligibility for admission.
