Duties

Requirements

• 15+ years of exclusive employment defense litigation experience.

• Proven track record defending school districts and other public entities.

• Deep knowledge of class actions and PAGA-related claims.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and case-management capabilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
