Corporate Services Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a 4-6 year corporate and real estate associate attorney in Tampa, FL. The candidate should be a team player, self-starter, and capable of leading and managing a team of associates effectively. A law license is required, with a preference for Florida licensure. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Duties

• Conduct real estate commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Perform survey and title reviews.
• Handle loan transactions and provide legal opinions.
• Manage entitlements, commercial leases, liens, bonds, and easements.
• Oversee corporate transactions, including entity formation and governance.
• Facilitate mergers and acquisitions, both asset and equity transactions.
• Review, revise, and negotiate general contracts.
• Experience with the construction industry, roofing, and home services is a plus.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate and real estate law.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of associates.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active law license, Florida preferred.
