Duties:

• Collaborate with senior trial attorneys to manage cases from initiation to trial, with opportunities to second-seat trials.
• Draft and respond to discovery demands.
• Represent clients at court conferences and argue motions.
• Conduct depositions and engage with expert witnesses.
• Provide updates and advice to clients on case progression and prepare detailed status reports.
• Draft and file motions on complex legal and medical matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or defense litigation.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license (preferred) and in good standing.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle discovery, draft motions, and conduct depositions.
• Strong client communication and counseling skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
