Duties

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with the personal injury team to strategize and develop case approaches.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court and prepare for trials.
• Stay current with changes in personal injury law and legal precedents.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of cases with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent negotiation and trial skills.

Education
