Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney in Tampa, FL. This position involves working closely with the Managing Partner and a dedicated team in a dynamic, high-volume practice. The role requires strong leadership, excellent litigation skills, and the ability to manage cases through all stages of the Impound, Collection, and Auto Replevin process.

Duties

  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Attend conferences and hearings.
  • Conduct depositions.
  • Negotiate favorable settlements.

Requirements

  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 10+ years of litigation experience, preferably in collections or replevin.
  • Experience in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Ability to mentor and guide associate attorneys and support staff.
  • Strong professional presence and work ethic.
  • Commitment to client service and responsiveness.
  • Ability to contribute to practice growth and business development.
  • Active participation in professional organizations.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
