Associate Attorney

Duties

• Provide expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve cases.
• Travel to various courts within Florida for legal proceedings and hearings.
• Collaborate with the Managing Attorney to report activities and results.

Requirements

• Bar Admission: Florida, member in good standing; additional state licenses are a plus.
• 0-3 years of civil litigation/trial experience; preference for experience in debt collection, foreclosure, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claims.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
