Duties

• Manage and oversee a large caseload of workers compensation cases.
• Provide legal representation and advice to clients.
• Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in workers compensation law.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
