Job Overview
A prominent law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its fast-paced Trusts & Estates Practice Group. This role presents an excellent opportunity to engage in a variety of complex matters including estate planning, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation. Ideal for a mid-level attorney with relevant experience, this position emphasizes legal excellence, collaboration, and client service in a supportive environment.

Location

Duties

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies and draft related documents

  • Handle estate and trust administration matters, including probate filings and tax issues

  • Represent clients in estate and fiduciary litigation

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence

  • Collaborate with partners and staff on case strategy and implementation

  • Maintain clear communication with clients, fiduciaries, and other parties involved

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and/or fiduciary litigation

  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with precision and professionalism

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach

  • Capable of handling sensitive matters with discretion and judgment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar
