Brevard office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a criminal law senior associate/junior partner with 2-10 years of experience practicing family law. The candidate will represent clients in various criminal law matters, including domestic violence, assault, drug charges, juvenile crimes, white-collar crimes, and misdemeanor offenses. Will manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management. Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings. Mentored and supervised junior attorneys and paralegals. Must be an active member in good standing with a State Bar Association. Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus.

The candidate should have a J.D. from an accredited law school. Must have excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong negotiation and mediation skills are needed. The ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload is required. Must have a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality. Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered focus.
