Duties

• Handle writs of mandate and municipal civil litigation cases.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage cases independently from inception to resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience in land use litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar admission.
