Duties

• Represent national and regional banking institutions in commercial and consumer litigation

• Handle various types of business disputes involving complex commercial matters

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Participate in depositions, court hearings, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients

Requirements

• 2–5 years of litigation experience

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases and meet deadlines

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality legal work

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic performance preferred
