• Manage collection cases, including demand letters, post-judgment enforcement, and asset recovery.
• Conduct hearings, mediations, and trials with confidence and skill.
• Provide legal advice and risk management guidance to internal teams and leadership.
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Background in business disputes, contract enforcement, and professional liability preferred.
• Familiarity with post-judgment remedies and asset recovery strategies.
• Prior experience representing or advising a law firm or professional organization.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
