Job Overview: An established law firm in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to support a growing team in defense litigation. This role specializes in areas such as personal injury, property damage, insurance bad faith, and premises liability. Duties:

• Handle complex litigation cases, primarily in personal injury, property damage, insurance bad faith, and premises liability
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft high-quality legal briefs, motions, and other litigation documents
• Participate actively in trial preparation, including client meetings, depositions, and witness interviews
• Manage case strategy and planning, working collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, including pre-trial and trial advocacy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all legal activities

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Colorado
• 4-8 years of experience in litigation, preferably within the areas of personal injury, property damage, insurance, or premises liability
• Proven ability to manage complex cases from inception through to resolution
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Strong academic credentials, with a solid foundation in litigation-focused coursework

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar
