A prominent trial-focused boutique law firm in Seattle is seeking a highly capable Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of litigation experience. Location

Duties

  • Lead and manage all phases of litigation including:

    • Discovery

    • Depositions

    • Motion practice

    • Trial preparation

  • Support partners during trials with opportunities for first- and second-chair experience

  • Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with legal teams

  • Mentor junior attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented setting

  • Maintain active communication with clients and ensure strategic alignment throughout litigation

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of litigation experience in civil, commercial, or trial-focused practice

  • Demonstrated courtroom involvement and trial experience preferred

  • Strong motivation to advance trial skills and take ownership of litigation matters

  • Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Washington State Bar (in good standing)

Skills

  • Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills
