Duties

Requirements

• 2-6 years of legal experience, preferably in private practice.
• Experience in trademark prosecution or a strong interest in this area.
• Experience in non-patent IP law, such as copyright and data privacy, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear and concise communication skills regarding legal issues.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission.
