A well-established law firm located in Audubon, NJ, is actively seeking a driven and empathetic Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation practice. This position is ideal for a legal professional passionate about securing justice for injury victims through high-quality representation and hands-on case management. The selected candidate will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment alongside a dedicated legal team, handling a dynamic caseload from intake through resolution.

Duties:

• Manage a full docket of plaintiff-side personal injury cases independently

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare comprehensive case strategies

• Handle client communications and guide them through each stage of the litigation process

• Engage in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances as needed

• Coordinate with internal teams, including paralegals, investigators, and legal support staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records for each case handled

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and good standing

• 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation (preferred but not required)

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (mandatory)
