Duties

• Attend court hearings, arbitration, and mediations.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft discovery and contractual agreements.
• Draft and respond to law and motion matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in litigation and/or insurance defense.
• Proficiency in court proceedings and legal documentation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Trial experience is desired.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
