A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join its Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team in Miami, FL. The role involves working with for-profit and nonprofit developers on affordable multifamily housing projects across the U.S.

Duties

  • Represent developers in the development, acquisition, and construction of affordable housing.
  • Engage in the rehabilitation, operation, and sale of multifamily housing projects.
  • Utilize federal, state, and local affordable housing programs.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in affordable housing or real estate practice.
  • Knowledgeable in developer representation and project financing.
  • Member of the Florida Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in Florida.

Skills

  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
