Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join its Litigation Practice. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with diverse clients, engage in complex litigation, and contribute to a dynamic team known for its commitment to excellence.

Duties:

• Draft pleadings and briefs
• Conduct legal research
• Manage traditional and electronic discovery
• Assist with and/or take depositions
• Appear before state and federal courts

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be in good standing with the California Bar
• Federal clerkship is a plus
