Duties

• Advise clients on leveraged finance and direct lending transactions.
• Handle acquisition financings and sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts.
• Collaborate with clients on middle-market to large-cap financings.
• Navigate complex financial issues to provide strategic solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in leveraged finance.
• Proven track record in high-end direct lending matters.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Prior law firm experience required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission.
