Civil Litigation Attorney

A law firm based in Milwaukee is seeking a talented Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in civil litigation, complemented by an excellent academic background and strong communication skills. Duties:

• Handle all phases of civil litigation cases, from initial investigation through trial.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production of documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on legal options and potential outcomes.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in civil litigation is preferred.
• Excellent academic background with a strong track record in legal studies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Wisconsin.
