Job Overview

A well-established mid-sized law firm with multiple locations along Colorado’s Front Range is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Construction and Real Estate practice group. Duties

  • Handle cases from inception through trial, including research, drafting, disclosures, and discovery

  • Perform both litigation and transactional legal work

  • Draft pleadings, contracts, and related legal documents

  • Engage in court appearances, depositions, and negotiations

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional law

  • Knowledge and familiarity with Colorado court rules

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize, adapt to changes, and manage time effectively

  • Willingness to handle both transactional and litigation assignments

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the Colorado State Bar or pending admission
