Duties

  • Advise clients on cybersecurity and digital privacy issues.
  • Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation.
  • Handle class actions and regulatory enforcement actions.
  • Conduct internal, regulatory, and grand jury investigations.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of litigation experience in civil, class action, criminal, or regulatory matters.
  • Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania or Delaware, or eligible to waive into Pennsylvania.
  • Strong academic record with a J.D. from an accredited school.
  • Outstanding writing and oral communication skills.

Education

  • J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in Pennsylvania or Delaware.
