Commercial Lending Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Lending Associate for its Nashville, TN office. This role requires a J.D. degree and membership in the Tennessee Bar. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in commercial lending, particularly in real estate and/or C&I lending, and a proven track record of representing regional and national lenders in secured transactions.

Duties

• Represent lenders in secured transactions.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and Tennessee Bar membership.
• Three or more years of commercial lending experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications
