Duties:

  • Represent clients in court hearings, including arguing motions and other related proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Illinois Bar and in good standing.
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial litigation, transactions, or bankruptcy law.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent oral communication and client management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to the practice of law.
