A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Chicago, IL. This role involves handling residential and commercial foreclosures, title disputes, and other real estate matters. Duties

• Manage a caseload of contested matters for mortgage lenders and investors.

Requirements

• J.D. degree, licensed in Illinois, in good standing with the Illinois Bar.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience in mortgage foreclosure and creditor rights preferred.
• Knowledge of Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure process required.
• Familiarity with Illinois Code of Civil Procedure and Supreme Court Rules.
