Duties:

• Manage active litigation dockets related to first-party property and insurance disputes

• Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, and dispositive motions

• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Support trial preparation, including strategy sessions and evidence organization

• Communicate with clients and experts to develop case narratives and defenses

• Navigate insurance coverage evaluations and claim-related procedures

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience handling civil litigation matters

• Proficiency in case development, including depositions and pre-trial motions

• Familiarity with insurance-related claims, particularly first-party property matters

• Adherence to litigation billing practices and reporting guidelines

• Active membership in the Florida Bar and good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar licensure is required
