BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

you to do things without giving you any explanation or direction.

The Sladkus Law Group is a small, but successful law firm. Their client roster is highly impressive, with many high-profile clients. Associates are given the opportunity to take on lead roles on important cases, and the firm puts a great emphasis on work-life balance. The atmosphere is generally relaxed, and everyone works together closely to produce high-quality work product.

However, the small size of the firm means that it is less structured than other larger firms, and this may not work for everyone. Additionally, the owner of the firm can be very temperamental, and may give orders without giving direction or explanation.

Overall, the reviews for The Sladkus Law Group are largely positive. People who have worked for the firm have praised the quality of the work, the opportunity to take on lead roles on important cases, and the emphasis on work-life balance. However, those looking for a more structured, big-firm atmosphere may not find what they are looking for with The Sladkus Law Group.

Pros: 5.0 Current EmployeeSmall Firm, Big Clients, Great CultureAssociate Attorney ProsI've been with the firm for over 2 years. The client roster is second-to-none and the firm consistently brings in new, challenging, and interesting matters. Associates are supported and given the chance to take lead roles in important cases. The atmosphere is generally relaxed and the firm values work-life balance. That said, the quality of the work product is high (as evidenced by the top-tier client roster) and everyone steps up when things get busy. There is great teamwork and cooperation. Further, business development, while not required, is strongly backed; associates interested in developing their own books of business are encouraged to do so and compensated accordingly when a new client is brought in. The firm is in a growth phase and is shortly moving to brand new offices in Midtown.ConsIf you are looking for the rigidity and/or formality of a big firm, you won't find it here.
