Cons: This is a toxic workplace that preys on recent graduates who need to seek employment sponsorship. There is no respect for you as not only an employee but also a human. There is verbal abuse on a daily basis, a presumption that you should work for free after regular work hours. You will be micromanaged, to a degree every single e-mail and phone call you make will be criticized (non-constructively of corse). Your experience and talent will not be valued, and you will be constantly reminded of it. This firm has difficulty retaining employees for a good reason. No health insurance as well. Many of the firm's practices borderline unethical or even illegal. Please don't start your career here.
