December 28, 2024. Attorney Kenneth E. Grubbs: - failure to maintain up to date communication and status on our case; - charges for services not performed; - has an alleged disdain for clients and will not provide court filing updates; - double bills and refused to discuss invoice discrepancies; - high turnover of legal staff; - you have to constantly stay on top of him to determine if he followed up on lawsuit filings: - have to correct his pleadings; - will threaten to sue you when you fire him for alleged failures to do his legal job. Avoid.
