Everyone is very friendly. There is a huge abundance of knowledge and written work that you can use to help in your everyday responsibilities.ConsManagement will work you very hard. They entrust a lot to all associates, even new ones. You will get one training opportunity for any litigation event, and then you are expected to get them done on your own.Advice to ManagementCheck in on your associates and their workloads more often. Provide more evaluations and opportunities for praise and rewards more often.
