BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

eds to be treated like this.

Summary
Strategic Legal Practices (SLP) is a law firm that is more like a tech start-up. Senior Management values their employees and is willing to try new ways of doing things. They strive for honesty, loyalty, and diversity and have cutting edge technology to make jobs easier. The onboarding process is seamless and the 30/60/90 day plan sets up employees for success. The firm is a great place to gain litigation experience.

However, some reviews have been negative, stating that the leadership does not treat people humanely and that people are treated like cogs in a money-making machine. Overall, it seems that SLP is a good place to work, but if a recruiter suggests it, it might be best to look for a different recruiter or to keep looking for other opportunities.

SLP offers competitive salaries, great health benefits, PTO and 401 (k) Retirement plan with 4% matching contribution. SLP invests in its team members to promote professional development and growth, and actively supports women and facilitates their development in management/leadership roles.ConsI currently do not have any cons to report for this company. They have been very supportive and invested in my growth and development. This is a very fast paces and deadline focused career.
