Advice to law firm management: Please keep the podcast going and consider increasing the frequency if possible. Many clients mention it and say it's been a key source of empowerment in standing up to their HOAs. It's clearly making a real impact, and the demand is there. I know it takes time and effort to produce, but it's one of the most effective tools we have for reaching and inspiring homeowners along with our book.
Pros: Working at this firm has been hands down the most rewarding professional environment I've experienced. The culture here is incredibly collaborative and you're constantly supported by colleagues who genuinely want to see you grow. There's a strong focus on mentorship across the board, and it's clear the firm invests in developing our skills so we can be at the top of our game and it is embedded in the culture. What really sets this place apart, though, is the mission. We're standing up for homeowners against bad HOAs, and you feel like you're truly making a difference in people's lives. They tell you this almost daily. It's rare to find legal work that is both challenging and deeply satisfying but this firm delivers on both. I genuinely feel like I'm on the right side of things, working with a team that's leading the charge in protecting homeowners' rights. This firm absolutely cares, from the partners to the administrative team. Across the board.
Cons: At times, homeowners can be understandably emotional given what's at stake but I see this as an opportunity to support people through difficult moments, which plays to my strengths in communication and empathy. This is not a strictly transactional law firm. Empathy is everything.
Partners to Avoid and Why: None. All I have is respect for them.

Advice to law firm management: Whatever you guys are doing, keep doing it.
Pros: I hired LS Carlson Law for a real estate matter. At first the issue was small and thought it would be resolved quickly. As it turned out, the side that we were dealing with decided to turn this small issue into a massive legal battle. I think it was an ego trip. LS Carlson Law did one of the best jobs I've ever seen in dealing with a completely unreasonable party. We won and I'm forever grateful.
Cons: Team is fast, responsive, smart, and empathetic.
Partners to Avoid and Why: I had the pleasure to meet with all of the partners at the firm. I was assigned to one but all were exceptional.

Advice to law firm management: Not sure what this question is in reference too.
Pros: Retained LS Carlson Law to represent my company in a contentious Business related matter. Was met with exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Case ended up settling a few weeks before trial - in our favor : )
Cons: Really happy overall with the representation. No one wants to hire a lawyer, but my team working on the case made it as pleasant as it could be.
Partners to Avoid and Why: Odd question. One partner and two associates worked on my case. Strong communication and great skill in navigating the courts and opposing counsel. From what I've been told, the other partner at the firm is equally skilled but cannot speak from personal experience.
Current or former employee?: Current Employee
Job type: Full time
