The management of each country differs but the executive management is exceptional. For the most part, the benefits are pretty standard, the salary is average in the marketplace but the cherry on the top of the cake is that you are able to travel either for training purposes or other countries for training, conferences, and seminars. The multicultural environment is fantastic. This is a German-run company and obviously, it welcomes hard-working professionals.ConsI have not experienced any Cons that were not addressed appropriately.

The training session was very helpful and informative and gave me everything I needed.ConsYou only really meet your supervisor. Although this was a remote position, I was still hoping there would be a chance to get to know other people in the company remotely but that did not happen.
