Cons: The owner of the firm and how he runs his business. He does not care about the clients, the attorneys, or any staff. He cares only about making a "name" for himself but doesn't care to put in the effort to grow or nurture the business. You will constantly be forced to work overtime, on projects that aren't yours, or cases we never should have taken all while he refuses to take on clients.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Daniel H. Hernandez. He is extremely dismissive and does not listen when you try escalate problems to him. He cares more about people being "mad" at him than he actually cares about the problem. His solutions will only ever save face vs actually fix the problem. He claims to care about helping families and being accessible to all but then turns around and over charges clients or tells his staff to unethically practice and not do their contracted work until clients pay ridiculous amounts.
