Prosecute or defend clients in patent infringement and/or trade secret misappropriation litigation in U.S. federal courts and related U.S. Patent and Trademark Office adversarial proceedings, such as Inter Partes Review proceedings. Analysis of chemical and biomolecular engineering systems, medical devices, and computer software technologies, including patents and other technical documentation in support of patent litigation and/or trade secret misappropriation in U.S. federal courts and related U.S. Patent and Trademark Office adversarial proceedings, such as Inter Partes Review proceedings.
