The candidate must have a Ph.D. in a Chemistry technical field (e.g. organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, medicinal chemistry, inorganic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry). Must be result-oriented, have strong attention to detail, focus on problem-solving. Must have an attraction to challenges; fearless interest in excellence, and great pride in their work. Curiosity and passion for innovation and technology are a big plus.
