Although the San Francisco office of this full-service, multi-national juggernaut is known primarily for its large Litigation department, its Business department is growing and, in fact, includes an outstanding International Transactions practice. Despite its size and impressive stature within the legal community, insiders claim the firm maintains a ?small firm? culture ? associates are neither competitive nor pretentious and the firm itself is notoriously not hierarchical. Salaries are competitive (although associates complain the firm will never be the first to raise salaries), and billable hour pressure is manageable.3 2018-01-03 18:43:37

Here is a super office of a top national law firm that has been humming along at a steady and good clip for sometime now. This firm has also had some recent acquisitions of local talent which will make this firm even stronger. We also like this firm's offices; however, they seem to have a great deal of empty offices which is encouraging to us because it looks like they may be getting ready to hire some more people. Associates working here seem to feel very good about the firm's litigation practice. The firm does have some interesting litigation work. Additionally, the firm is strong in labor and has been doing a good job in its other departments as well. This firm actually functions like a firm, and there appears to be a lot of cooperation between the different offices of this firm. There are also some real interesting personalities in this firm, and this firm is definitely a good place for women to work.3 2017-06-15 21:54:38
