New York City office seeks senior intellectual property litigation associate with 3-6 years of patent litigation experience in the tech industries (such as semiconductors, computer software/hardware, telecommunications and biotechnology). A technical degree in electrical or computer engineering is a plus.
"This small/mid-sized New York office is part of a diverse national and international regulatory, commercial, legislative, and civil and criminal litigation practice. The firm handles: general civil and criminal practice in U.S. state and federal courts; trials and appeals; rulemaking and adjudicative proceedings; international and national litigation and arbitration; legislation; and corporate transactions.
