Why Learning Litigation Is Easiest Among Other Practice Areas

That easiest practice area to learn I'd think is probably litigation. Just because attorneys, when they're in school, they're already doing litigation. You're pretty much learning how to write briefs and everything, which is a lot of it. And then a lot of the other types of stuff that are very self-explanatory. I think certain practice areas I find very difficult, like property.
Real estate is difficult. I think that corporate is difficult. They're almost like learning different languages to some extent. Patent is very difficult. But I think litigation is probably the easiest.
