I think the most difficult area of law is probably patent law. That would just be for me because we need to have scientific background to do it. So not a lot of people can do it. The next most difficult would probably depend on you.
You have right and left brain people. Certain people gravitate towards things that are magical and transactional in nature. And other people gravitate towards writing. If you're a mathematical person, you probably would not enjoy litigation. Whereas if you're a writing type person, you would enjoy corporate as much.
There's really no specific difficult area of law, but in terms of the one that requires the most focus spot.
