Description
[00:00:00] Can you explain what your company does? Can companies sign up for you? How-
Yeah, we're a placement firm. That means what we do is, work with attorneys to find positions and we have a website. It's Legal Recruiters | Legal Recruiting Firm | BCG Attorney Search and I've been doing this for a quarter-century or almost a quarter-century.
Typically, what we'll do is pick your resume and once we have your resume practice area and so forth, we can look at all the places that have ever interviewed someone with your background I've ever asked for someone with your background and we can match you up with existing jobs. Then firms that would be interested in you and with that information, work on marketing you to different firms.
Some people like working with recruiting firms other people don't. The majority of people do because we do all the work but not everyone does.
We have another site called Law Crossing, which we take pretty much any job that we can find in the world, legal job, and put it on that website. It's different than something like Indeed or LinkedIn because we're showing you pretty much firms that are not necessarily paying, so we're just doing pure research. We have the research of old openings and [00:01:00] in-house and all sorts of things you can look at. So that's another thing but I'm not here to plug these websites. I'm happy to, I do for a living, but that's what BCG does.
These two companies, have 200 plus employees and most of the work that we do is related to research and finding positions, and so forth. So, BCG is a marketing tech company. We will put together materials for you to help you when we're, looking for a job for you. Law crossing charges a fee to look at the research, BCG doesn't charge candidates fees. They're paid by, law firms.
