I wouldn't recommend that because it draws attention to the fact that your experience is foreign and anything that, makes you look like you're not playing the game in the US will hurt you.

I would try to do something locally. Now, if you're applying to be an expert for foreign legal issues in a US law firm, and that's probably okay, but for the most part that's what I would do.
