In this video, Harrison Barnes is reviewing an attorney resume who had graduated in flying colors in Harvard. Barnes liked that the description of each item on this resume is simple. He mentioned two things that we can tell how good the attorney is:
1. Their thinking process
2. Type of information they emphasize

This resume, this person, you can see, everything is very short. This is attorney that went to Yale law school and Harvard was Magna cum laude. Look at the description they had of what they did at each shop. I just want to re-emphasize this look at the description. There's no description is necessary because everyone knows that this person is very smart and can do a lot of different things.
And then they had all this stuff, but they put it in a separate area and then they did a representative matters thing. And this is fine. If you want to add this to the end of your resume as a separate page, that's cool. As long as it's not too long this might actually be too long, but it's good, but this is all you need.
This is really says everything. And so a lot of times people will, they'll send themselves way into the weeds and they'll think all this stuff matters. And you can see here, like when you start getting into, other types of people that may not be have gone to places like Yale law school, they start thinking all these other, all this other stuff's important, but really.
What's important is often very simple. And so that's something I just wanted everyone to understand. Graduating getting, first of all, going to Harvard law, this person should have the dates on the resume too, by the way. But going to Farber LA Harbor college systems using graduated Magna cum laude is also even more than amazing going to Yale law school, even more than amazing.
Taking the job pain back then $20,000 a year when that could have made, 60,000 on the buffet or maybe even 10,000, I don't know, but it was amazing. So this person is amazing. And so when the best attorneys typically, as a matter of course, you can tell how good they are based on their thinking process and based on the type of information that they emphasize.
And don't emphasize this attorney, actually, this resume is not bad and this person is in Nigeria. They're not. It's a pretty decent resume.
